I watched a video on cnn.com last nite ripping in to some of these costumes, which were far more tame than the ones I saw in the store Monday, and the reporter dubbed today “skank-o-ween”. I think it fits. The cnn video was attacking the costume designers…which is entirely the wrong approach IMO. These things wouldn’t exist if there wasn’t a demand for them, and there wouldn’t be a demand for them if the parents would lay the smack down. I would have to be heavily sedated and chained up before the kid would be able to make it out of the house at 18 wearing some of that shit any younger and…well her and whomever her cohort is better never come back home.

Now, you slap these costumes on a leggy 23 year old hottie and there is nothing wrong with them at all…as long as I didn’t raise that hottie…

Turn your lights off and dead bolt the door…the midgets are going to be out tonight begging in full force.

Anyone else think the packers are a team of destiny this year? It’s not like the Broncos are the upper echelon of football teams…but the pack seem to keep finding a way to win. Took the kid out to find a costume last nite. Holy sweet shit for some slutty outfits for -TEENAGE GIRLS-. I was in shock and awe. I’ve got porn that isn’t that trashy. Sammy was set on being an angel…till we found a devil costume that looked sharp….of course she couldn’t get the god damn thing till she found the proper shoes to go with it. My Christ, she’s as bad as her mother. We went to this season store that is where the old media play was. Oof, some of the costumes for adults there….well they definitely don’t have a place outside the bedroom.

And no, the monster didn’t get anything trashy.

Boston kicked some serious ass in the World Series…I was hoping for a better set of games. I’ve found that I do enjoy watching baseball when the games matter. During the regular season there are so many games that I can’t see why anyone gives a shit about any of them..but when playoff time came this year it turned out to be some pretty good entertainment. The biggest fault of baseball IMO is that you can’t score on defense.

We’re 95% moved at this point. All the bigger shit is done, there are a couple of boxes to haul yet and some garbage to clean out…then we is done! I found out that apparently I’m quite out of shape…remain calm…it was a shock to me as well. I feel pretty good today though…gonna have to start working the tread mill at work!

Spell-checking and Proofreading

Please start spell checking and proofreading your work. Many of you are loosing points for not spell checking in both the assignments and the discussion posts.

I had an email typed up but chickened out and didn’t send it. I don’t think this individual is the type of person that would be able to take any form of criticism. This is the second time he’s done it…and it’s really chapping my ass. If he wasn’t doing it on posts specifically related to spelling and proofreading.

Went shopping with the woman today…first time in a while. I remember why I don’t do it much anymore. I don’t think a woman is capable of making a decision with the input of a man. Each and every one of them need a man to make a decision so they can argue about it and do the opposite.

Cable in the new place was connected this morning about 9, and I still have service at the old place….wonder how long it will last. Hopefully till around 4 or so. Cable one upped their lower tier stream to 5mbit/500kbit down. I am curious how they expect to do this and justify throttling me on the 3mbit package? But the extra up will be nice…assuming I get it. The cable phone is an intersting setup. The modem has a battery backup that he said should be good for about 6hrs…which was a concern of mine that I managed to justify living without because of our cell phones. It’s nice to know we don’t have to. Wonder how many people connect a cordless and expect it to work The number has been switched over already and from what I can tell the voice mail is all good to go. I’m curious to test this sucker out.

That’s about all I got. Getting shit all ready to go and hopefully moving a couple of the more cumbersome objects happens tonight…tomorrow I’m hoping to be done with the actual hauling by 1!

UND – The tribes have been given -WAY- too much power in this situation all the sudden. Such a fuck job.
