I agree they've understated the importance of the dire wolves too much. I finally watched episode 2 and then the new one last night. The death of Sansa's dire wolf is symbolic of her starting to drift away from the rugged honorable life of a Stark and more toward the lavish life of a lady of the court and the games that come with it. Without spending the time to show the bond between the children and the wolves, that is lost. Also, what the hell happened to Ghost? If I recall, the wolf of Lord Snow gets the most ink of all of them, but hasn't been seen for more than 3 seconds so far. I'm hoping that discontinuity won't be a problem.

What did this little wonder cost you? Depending on the price tag, it might be worth it to consider picking one up to take with me when I'm visiting family. Don't get much service at the folks' place, and a bit hit-and-miss north of Hazen. It seems the new Verizon tower south of Hazen is about 3 feet tall and behind a hill, and the Garrison tower across the lake results in the same switching issue you see up there.

And in the subsequent phone call to ensure my feelings, the husband discovered that in fact, I didn't care if the purchase was made, I was just sick of hearing him talk about it.

Yeah, I knew they gave him more money...but that doesn't do much if it's not what a guy wants to be doning...I'm giving up money to live where I want to.

I think chicago's motivation was to keep the coaching staff consistent if there is a lock out. I think tice did an alright job through the year with what they had..I'm really curious to see how they will turn out in year 2. I expect a big improvement over last season. Hopefully they will have enough brains to use some draft picks for the o-line. It's got to be their single biggest need.

Rumor has it that Chicago has a history of being very supportive of assistants who have an opportunity to advance with another organization. I believe that within days (if not hours) of blocking Tice from interviewing, they signed him to an extension and a pretty decent raise. I hope this was a case of recognizing the work Mike T. did with the O-line throughout the year (they did get better as the season progressed) as well as the value in his input come draft day. I also assume the terms must have been favorable to Tice. If he was too upset, I wouldn't expect he'd have signed on for any longer than he was already locked in for.

Smaller birds cook faster so they don't spend as much time in the danger zone between 40 and 140 degrees. From what i have read, I think 13-14 lbs is the maximum size bird you would roast.

yeah but there should be some things that can help out. The main thing should be screen brightness. I keep mine as low as it will go and it's still really bright. taking it down a bit more should help out some.

(still trying to get the hang of typing on this thing...could use some arrow keys to better position the cursor for editing.)
